To Turn a Prospect into a Lead
On the Home page, click the Menu button on the upper left to open the sidebar.
In the sidebar, click [Trading Partners] to open the Trading Partners page.
Click the "Prospects" tab. This tab lists all current licensed retailers in California.
Scroll down to find the business that you want to set as a lead. When you find it, click [Add as Lead]
This will add this business to your leads list.
To Promote a Lead to an Active Trading Partner:
Leads will automatically be promoted to active partners if an order is placed with them.
To Add a New Trading Partner:
On the Trading Partners page, under any tab, click [New Trading Partner].
Enter the license number and name of the licensee you're doing business with.
Click [Save].
Your new trading partner has been added to the system and can be viewed in the "Active Partners" list on the Trading Partners page.
