Overview

Issues is the in-app board for reporting product problems and discussing reports that Higher Origins has accepted. A new report is private to you and the Higher Origins team during review. If accepted, its report content and non-internal discussion become visible to signed-in app users.

Open Issues to see Accepted, My Reports, and Resolved.

Find an issue

  • Accepted contains shared open issues.

  • My Reports contains the reports you submitted, including private review states.

  • Resolved contains accepted issues that have been closed.

  • Search checks titles and descriptions. Sort by Top voted, Newest, or Recently updated.

Report an Issue

  1. Choose Report an Issue.

  2. Enter a specific Title between 3 and 200 characters.

  3. In Description, explain what happened, what you expected, and how the team can reproduce it. The field supports up to 20,000 characters.

  4. Remove passwords and sensitive business or customer details, then choose Submit report.

Your initial report is private during review. Acceptance shares the report and non-internal replies with app users, so include only information suitable for that later audience.

States and discussion

  • Pending review means the report is private while the team evaluates it.

  • Not accepted means the team declined the report and provides the applicable explanation.

  • Accepted means the issue is shared and open for discussion and voting.

  • Resolved means an accepted issue was closed.

  • Private or Archived issues are not part of the ordinary shared board.

You can add comments while your report is pending or while an accepted issue is open. Edit or remove your eligible comments from the issue timeline. Closed or otherwise ineligible issues become read-only.

Vote

On an accepted open issue, choose Upvote or Downvote. Each person has one vote. Select the same vote again to remove it, or select the other direction to change it. The score is the balance of recorded upvotes and downvotes; it is feedback, not a promised delivery date.

Permissions and recovery

  • Issue listing, creation, and viewing use separate permissions, so some accounts may see the board without every action.

  • If discussion is disabled, inspect the issue state. Pending reports and accepted open issues are the writable customer states.

  • If a duplicate exists, add useful reproduction detail to the accepted issue and vote instead of creating another report.

  • Use Community for general questions and shared practices, and use Issues for a reproducible product problem.
