Four separate access checks

  • Selected business: decides which company's records and roles the current person is using.

  • Facility or license: decides whether a regulated buyer, seller, inventory, transfer, or product workflow applies.

  • Membership: unlocks eligible product features for the business.

  • Teammate permissions: decide whether this person can view, create, edit, or delete a specific kind of record.

Features controlled by Membership

  • More than one active menu.

  • Detailed menu interaction logs.

  • Detailed Insights views beyond the free samples and aggregate previews.

  • Trading Partner recommendation, prospect, filter, evidence, and routing details that use membership checks.

After signing in, open Support Higher Origins to review the offer available to the selected business. The public FAQ is available without signing in.

Permission-controlled examples

  • Studio can grant separate permission to list, view, create, or edit designs.

  • Issues can grant separate permission to list, create, or view reports.

  • Business Settings > Users lets the team invite and remove people. Its invite form does not choose an application role or action scope.

  • A missing control can also mean the wrong business is selected, even when the account has permission in another business.

When access is missing

  1. Check the selected business in the header.

  2. Check that the business and facility licenses match the task.

  3. If a teammate lacks a permission-controlled action and can open Issues, choose Report an Issue so Higher Origins support can review the required access. The business-facing invite screen does not assign those permissions.

  4. If the screen shows a Membership boundary, review the offer available to the selected business.

If Issues is unavailable, use the public Contact Us page to reach Higher Origins support without signing in.

Confirm Marketplace fees

Membership is advertised with reduced Marketplace fees, but the current order calculation does not apply a Membership reduction. Displayed order-level and line-level fees can also disagree. Contact Higher Origins to confirm the applicable commercial terms before relying on a fee for settlement.
