1. Open the seller's menu

Use the menu link supplied by the seller. A direct link opens the same California license-verification step for Public, Private, Unlisted, and currently Archived menus. The visibility label does not add a password or seller-approval step. Contact the seller if the link is wrong or the license you need cannot pass verification.

2. Verify the buying license

A signed-in buyer selects an available Facility License connected to the account. A buyer without a Higher Origins session enters the California DCC facility license number requested by the form. For a signed-out visitor, this step finds the license record but does not verify that the visitor is authorized to act for that license.

3. Add products

Browse All Products or a category. For a quick selection, enter Quantity on a product card and choose Add to Order. Choose More Details when you need to select a Variant, set Quantity, add an optional Message to Seller, or Request Sample.

Review package quantity, measure unit, minimum, and price together. The number you enter is the number of the selected variant, not an arbitrary compliance unit.

4. Manage the order

Open Manage Order to review line items and the estimated total. Adjust or remove items as needed, then choose Review and Submit. Empty or invalid quantities prevent submission.

5. Review buyer details

Confirm the License Number, buyer Name, Email, and Phone. A buyer without an account can be offered a Password field for creating one. Add a Reference Number, Preferred Delivery Date, or Message when they help the seller process the request.

The review page also supports changes to line-item quantity and unit price. Choose Save Changes after editing, then recheck the order summary before submission.

6. Submit

Choose Submit Order once the products, pricing, buyer identity, and delivery information are correct. The order is saved to the seller's Orders > Submitted queue. Higher Origins does not currently send an automatic submission email, so contact the seller directly when timing matters. Submission does not complete delivery, payment, or regulated transfer steps.

  • Menus: understand menu visibility, products, pricing, requests, and sharing

  • Create and share a menu: see how a seller prepares the buyer-facing offer
