Troubleshooting
Someone cannot open my menu
Check the menu URL, selected seller, buyer facility-license gate, product contents, browser session, and current visibility behavior.
Symptom
A recipient opens a wholesale-menu link but sees a license prompt, cannot complete verification, reaches the wrong seller, or sees no products.
Ordered checks
Screen: seller Menu detail. Expected: Open Menu and Copy Link use the intended seller page slug and menu slug. Action: copy the link again from the menu instead of reconstructing it.
Screen: recipient browser. Expected: the exact link opens the Higher Origins Facility License gate. Action: a signed-in buyer selects a facility connected to the account; another visitor enters the full California facility license number.
Screen: buyer business and facility. Expected: a signed-in buyer is connected to the facility needed for the order. Action: select the correct buying business. For a signed-out visitor, entering a matching number confirms only that the license record exists; it does not prove authorization to act for the license.
Screen: seller menu Products. Expected: the menu contains Active products and intended variants. Action: add the missing product or reactivate it before testing again.
Screen: seller menu Settings. Expected: status matches the seller's organizational intent. Action: do not treat Public, Private, Unlisted, or Archived as a security boundary today; a direct link currently reaches the same license gate for each status.
Screen: browser session. Expected: a stale facility session does not force the wrong buyer context. Action: sign out or use a private test window, reopen the exact link, and choose the intended facility.
Forwarded and archived links
A forwarded link reaches the same facility-license gate. Menu status is not enforced for a direct link today, so an archived menu can remain reachable. A successfully deleted menu is no longer available at its route. To revoke a menu link, use Delete Menu in Settings > Danger Zone after exporting anything you need to retain.
Confirm recovery
Open the copied link in a clean test browser, complete the facility-license gate, and confirm seller name, menu name, product list, variants, and prices.
Escalate with useful evidence
Report an Issue with menu ID, exact URL, seller page slug, menu status, buyer facility license, timestamp, screen or error text, and reproduction steps. Do not include customer credentials.
If Issues is unavailable, use the public Contact Us page to reach Higher Origins support without signing in.
