My product is missing from the marketplace

Symptom

A seller expects a product in Marketplace, but a buyer cannot find it by browsing or search.

Ordered checks

  1. Screen: app header and Products. Expected: the selected business owns the product. Action: switch to the correct business before editing or testing Marketplace.

  2. Screen: Products > Active. Expected: product Status is Active and the record is not archived, discontinued, or deleted. Action: open the product and choose Activate or complete Review & Publish.

  3. Screen: product details. Expected: Name, Type, Category, Strain, and business page relationship are present. Action: edit incorrect fields and save; Marketplace tabs and filters depend on product type and catalog joins.

  4. Screen: Marketplace. Expected: the buyer is using the matching Retail, Wholesale, or Brand context and no stale search, category, region, or supplier filter hides the result. Action: clear filters, search the exact product name, then search the supplier name.

  5. Screen: product Variants and Inventory. Expected: an active variant exists. Available inventory improves placement and displays availability, but an active zero-stock product can still appear after in-stock products. Action: activate the intended variant and link inventory if buyers need a meaningful availability value.

  6. Screen: Your Page. Expected: the selling business has the intended public identity and page. Action: complete or correct the public page if the product lacks its seller context.

Confirm recovery

Open Marketplace in the intended buying context, clear filters, and search the exact product and supplier names. Open the result and confirm its business, product type, variant, and displayed availability.

Escalate with useful evidence

If the product remains absent, open Issues > Report an Issue. Include the product ID from its URL, selected business, product status and type, the exact Marketplace tab and search, active filters, the test timestamp, and a screenshot without customer-sensitive data.
